Go ahead, Ask me… Ask me how excited I am that this family is back in town… do it. Ok, I’ll just tell you… SOOOO Excited! This family moved away to another country called Southern California a while back, and I had hardly gotten enough time to spend with them. But now they are back, and I couldn’t be more tickled. Anyway, we got to go out and play around in El Dorado Hills for a little bit this evening and I had SO much fun catching up a little bit and spending time with their sweet little N! Thank you guys for tonight. It was wonderful. Here’s a little sampling of what we got tonight. I can’t wait to show you the rest! ♥L
Last night, I got the chance to hang out with my sweet Trina and her husband Greg to take some maternity portraits. Baby A is due at the beginning of November, and I can hardly wait!
Since I could barely contain myself after the session, I decided I should put a little something up. Here’s just a little nibble from our playtime yesterday.

Do you ever have those moments where you look at your life and the people surrounding it and think… Where did the time go? Well… today was one of those moments. I met Alana when she was 5. FIVE! Five years old. She was quiet, gentle and shy, but adorable and quirky when she got used to you… not too terribly unlike now, though the shyness has faded quite a bit. Of course, she’s almost 19 and has grown into an amazingly beautiful woman with every bit of gentleness she had when I first met her, sprinkled with just a tiny touch of sass. Thank you for coming over today Alana. You’re pretty much amazing. LOVE YOU! ♥L
OK, so maybe it’s not fall yet, but fall is RAPIDLY approaching. I have known Erika since way back before either of us had hubbies and babies and real jobs… Which, counting the years now, has been a looooong (long long long) time. Anyway, fast forward to now, and she’s got a BEAUTIFUL family. Her two littles could stop you in your tracks with their amazing eyes and then charm your shoes right off with their great giggles and sweet personalities. Erika & Michael — thank you so so much for letting me spend a little time with your family, I had a lot of fun, and it was nice to finally sit down and get to know Baby C a little better (and talk to you too). You’ve done an amazing job! ♥L
